Am I too old to run a half marathon?


The simple answer is you’re never too old. In fact your life experience puts you in a good position to start or re-start running. The health benefits are abundant and well known. Personally I find running really reduces the stress levels of everyday life. If you want to run with others try ‘parkrun.’

You may not beat Mo Farrah but you will feel better about yourself and be able to live life to the full.
